1. UV Filter is also called ultraviolet filter, UltraViolet. It is usually colorless and transparent, but some will appear purple or purple-red at some angles because of the added anti-reflection coating.
Many people buy UV mirrors to protect the delicate lens coating, which is actually just a subsidiary function of it. The main function of the UV mirror is to absorb ultraviolet rays with a wavelength below 400 nm, and it has no filtering effect on other visible / invisible light. The reason it can filter ultraviolet light is because the lens contains lead, so the UV lens is heavier than other lenses of the same size and thickness.
2. CPL Polarizers:
Polarizers can eliminate harmful reflected light and improve image clarity and expression.
Eliminate reflected light: Eliminate light reflected from water or glossy surfaces such as glass.
Increase color saturation: It can make the colors of blue sky, green leaves, ridges and buildings more vivid.
The circular polarization CPL is specially used for AF focusing cameras and digital cameras, and the rotation adjustment is more convenient. It is also compatible with the MF manual body.
3. FLD Fluoroscopy:
Designed to eliminate green reflections from neon and "warm white" fluorescent lights, removing deep cyan tones from photos. Avoid shooting directly at the light source during use.
A fluoroscope is a special type of color compensation filter. When using daylight color photos under fluorescent lighting, the screen will appear blue and green, but if a lens (fluorescent mirror) with a fluorescent filter is added, the above phenomenon and color cast can be corrected so that the screen color can be restored.
